Proper, balanced Nutritional Habits are a must for anyone trying to develop good habits for healthy living. According to the American Council of Excercise (ACE), one must balance the right amounts of food with the correct amount of physical activity. This diet should include grain, vegetables and fruit, and be low in saturated fat and cholesterol. A variety of food is essential; it is not necessarily important to cut out certain foods, however, there should be a moderate consumption of salt and sodium, sugar and alcohol. |
