Mitch Reeves, B.S. Psychology, IFPA CPT
Mitch has been an advocate of exercise and fitness as long as he can remember.
Upon graduating high school, Mitch moved out of his small hometown to attend
the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned his Bachelor of Science
in Psychology in 1996. He chose not to pursue anything along this career path,
however, and having trained numerous friends and colleagues over the years Mitch
turned his eyes towards the fitness industry. Soon afterwards he received his
personal training certification through the International Fitness Professionals
Association. Mitch joined the Fitness Together Vinings team soon after its opening
in January of 2002. Always looking to expand his fitness horizons, Mitch took
up Pilates in 2003 and has since integrated many of its core training principles
and methods into his own training techniques. Mitch was given the nickname “Merciless”
by one of his clients, and it has stuck with him ever since.

Samantha Ridley, AAAI/ISMA CPT
Samantha started working out at the young age of 12, and has always been
active with dancing, weightlifting, or running. Due to personal tragedy
and struggles, weight piled on to the point of her looking in the mirror and
no longer recognizing the image staring back at her. Samantha then
decided to put all of her knowledge of health and fitness to work for herself. Because
of that experience she has an unparalleled love for training people and watching
them succeed. Samantha feels that there is a definitive art to being a personal
trainer, and she works every day to improve upon that art. She has found
